If the old device still works, make sure you have a record of your license key, then deactivate MobileTrust®. You can see your license key in the SFT Cloud Website. Login using the same email address and password you use for the MobileTrust® app. The User License Management screen will display next with license key information. Write down the long string of characters and dashes shown in the license field.
Next, use the tool to deactivate MobileTrust®. Tap the “x” icon to remove the user profile.
Once your new device is ready, and MobileTrust® is installed and activated, set the MobileTrust® secure keyboard as your device default keyboard to start protecting your new device.
If the old device is not available, please create a support ticket, providing the name and email address you used when you purchased MobileTrust®. You will receive additional instructions.
