How do I select the Secure Keyboard?

In order to utilize MobileTrust's keystroke protection technology, you must enable the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard on your compatible Android/iOS device. To do so, please follow the steps below which correspond to your specific device:

iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad):

Step 1: Ensure that the MobileTrust app is installed and that you are logged in.

Step 2: Go to "Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard...".

Step 3: At this screen, tap "MobileTrust" to enable the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard.

Step 4: When typing in any text field which supports third-party keyboards, tap the "Globe" icon located in the lower left of your keyboard to cycle through your active keyboards.

Step 5: Once you cycle through your active keyboards until you reach the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard with the "Secure Keyboard" graphic in the upper left corner of the keyboard, you may begin typing with MobileTrust's keystroke protection.

Android 4.0 -> 6.x Devices:

Step 1: Ensure that the MobileTrust app is installed and that you are logged in.

Step 2: Go to "Settings > Language and input > Default keyboard > Set Up Input Methods".

Step 3: At this screen, toggle the switch next to "MobileTrust" to the "On" position.

Step 4: When typing in any text field which supports third-party keyboards, swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Android Notification Drawer.

Step 5: In the Android Notification Drawer, tap the option which says "Select keyboard" to access the keyboard selection menu.

Step 6: In the keyboard selection menu, select "MobileTrust" to select the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard as the active keyboard.

Step 7 (Optional): To set the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard as your default system-wide keyboard, go to "Settings > Language and input > Default Keyboard" and select "MobileTrust".

Android 7.0+ Devices:

Step 1: Ensure that the MobileTrust app is installed and that you are logged in.

Step 2: Go to "Settings > Language and input > Virtual keyboard > Manage keyboards".

Step 3: At this screen, toggle the switch next to "MobileTrust" to the enabled position.

Step 4: When typing in any text field which supports third-party keyboards, swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Android Notification Drawer.

Step 5: In the Android Notification Drawer, tap the option which says "Select keyboard" to access the keyboard selection menu.

Step 6: In the keyboard selection menu, select "MobileTrust" to select the MobileTrust Secure Keyboard as the active keyboard.

Important Note: Certain Android devices which closely resemble the stock Android interface allow you to easily access the "Select keyboard" menu by tapping the keyboard icon located in the lower right corner of your screen which is displayed when typing.
