I purchased a two device license from HSN and I tried to put it on my computer after installing it on my phone and it said already been used. What do I need to do?

You only need to activate your license key once on the www.GetStrikeForce.com page.
 
Go to the SFT SCloud Portal, https://h8s3.oobauth.net/scloud/ and enter the email and password which you used to activate your license key.
 
You can view all devices that have been activated for your license key.
 
To download GuardedID on your computer go to:

https://www.strikeforcecpg.com/downloads/getstrikeforce/

Once GuardedID has been installed, open its "Manage License" menu and activate it with your Activation Key including the dashes.
